“We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed every minute... quiet, secluded, and peaceful... hot tub was nice, small grocery not too far away... check in and check out easy... not very good cell service, but outside on picnic table we were able to make and receive calls.... would definitely stay again...”

“My partner and I hoped for a peaceful getaway to hike and chose this place. As soon as we drove in, it seemed like nothing we’d quite seen. It’s walled like a park with an expansive front yard area, but it’s private. There are really cute old buildings. It was like we had the place to ourselves. “Good location downtown. We liked that we could walk everywhere. Room was clean but had a musty smell. No towels were in the room when we checked in but the maids closet was open so we just grabbed some. ”

Perfect for an 11 year old boy - he LOVED exploring the castle and grounds, and I loved the gorgeous furnishings and comfy room (and I’ll be honest, I also loved exploring the grounds).
